Don't have any issues at all.

Fantastic view of valley. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Also, we were 1 mile from our favourite spot benog wildlife sanctuary. Good restaurant in the hotel. We will be back as everything met all required needs...
Nothing to dislike.

the room was nice and had a comfortable bed. the location was close to some attractions.
The staff was not friendly or welcoming, which made the arrival experience poor. the approach road was dangerous to walk and the shuttle pickup was too early compared to other nearby hotels.

I had a relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. The room had fine views of the mountains and valley, allowing me to connect with nature. The large windows and fresh mountain air were a breath of fresh air. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had good hot water and essential amenities like a blow dryer. I appreciated the room's additional features like a mini fridge, TV, and phone for service. The food prepared by the chef was some of the best I've ever had, and room service was prompt and attentive. The included breakfast served with a mountain view was a great way to start the day. The hotel also provided parking for those with cars or drivers. Even though the hotel was a bit far from Mall Road, the free shuttle service was helpful, although it could have had later pickup times. I enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas on a rented bike. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and refreshing experience.

The hotel offers great value for money. The location is perfect for a peaceful stay, being a bit away from the center. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the quality of food was fantastic. The hotel also provided free shuttle service from the airport, which was very helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel could have been a bit cleaner, and the bathrooms needed some attention. The bed in the room was a bit small, and the breakfast spread could have been more varied.
